Privacy Policy

321 ai LLC ("321ai", "we", "us") is a Florida limited liability company based in Melbourne, Florida. We build and run custom AI systems for local businesses. This policy covers 321ai.xyz and any contact you have with us through it.

• Contact form: your name, business name, phone number, and your answer to "what eats the most time in your week?" plus anything else you type into the form.
• Booking information: when you book a discovery or a lunch-and-learn, the scheduling tool collects your name, email, phone, and appointment details.
• Calls and messages: if you call or text us, we keep a record of the communication. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and follow-up; we tell you at the start of the call when recording is active.
• Analytics: we do not currently run third-party analytics or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy before turning them on.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule your discovery or lunch-and-learn.
• To prepare for an on-site discovery you asked for.
• To send follow-up messages about your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists without a separate opt-in.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of vendors to run the business: our scheduling tool, our email provider, and Cloudflare (site hosting and security). Each only gets the data needed to provide its service to us.

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If you become a client, your records are kept for the life of the engagement plus 24 months.

We use reputable hosted services with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit access to founders and direct service providers.

We serve Brevard County, the Orlando metro, and Daytona Beach / Volusia County. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is handled in the United States under this policy.

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
